Agreement to these terms
By using this website, booking a call, or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Our services
This website describes marketing services for residential concrete contractors, including paid advertising, booking pages, and automated follow-up. Using this site or booking a call does not create a client relationship. Services begin only after we both agree to the scope and fees in writing, and that written agreement controls over these terms.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, booked estimates, jobs, or amount of revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, offer, capacity, and how quickly you respond to homeowners.
Booking a call
Strategy calls are scheduled through a third-party scheduling tool. Booking a call is a consultation and does not obligate you to buy anything. We may reschedule or decline a call if we aren’t a fit.
Text and email messages
- Program: Vantage Scale messages. Messages about your inquiry include scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups. If you opt in to promotional messages, we may also send offers and updates.
- How you opt in: by checking the consent boxes on our contact form. Inquiry messages and promotional messages each have their own separate checkbox, and you can choose one, both, or neither.
- Frequency and cost: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out and help: reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also email us at [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of buying anything from us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the site. That includes submitting false information or information about someone else without their permission, interfering with how the site works, scraping it, or using it to break the law.
Intellectual property
The text, design, and other content on this site belong to Vantage Scale or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.
Third-party services
Our site may link to or use third-party tools, such as scheduling and social media services. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
